Will Increase Access to Health Care.

Will Lower Our Health Care Costs.

Attacked Our Health Care.

Sided With Big Drug Companies.
Gerlach voted for the flawed Medicare prescription drug plan that penalizes our seniors and gives billions to the health care industry. (H.R. 1, Vote #669, 11/22/03)

Rewarded Companies for Moving Jobs Overseas.
Gerlach voted for a bill that provided $40 billion in tax breaks for companies that export jobs. He also supports the unfair Central America Free Trade Agreement, which sends American jobs overseas. (H.R. 4520, Vote #259, 6/17/04; H.R. 3045, Vote #443, 7/28/05)
