Battles for Our Overtime Pay and Wages.
Jim Marshall voted against weakening wage and hour protections, and against eliminating overtime pay eligibility for 8 million or more workers. (H.Amdt. 367, H.R. 3010, Vote #38, 6/24/05; H.R. 2660, 7/10/03)

Fights to Protect Our Retirement.

MAC COLLINS IS WRONG FOR GEORGIA'S WORKING FAMILIES

Mac Collins sided with big drug companies by voting for the flawed Medicare prescription drug plan that penalizes seniors and gives billions to the health care industry. He rewarded companies for moving jobs overseas with $40 billion in tax breaks for companies that export jobs.
