Key Issues in Florida

Amendment 3

Amendment 3 is on the Florida ballot this November. It will strip away our ability to fight for what matters to working families.

Amendment 3 will:

  • shut down citizen-led ballot initiatives.
  • create unfair and excessive obstacles to our ballot process and blatantly undermine the will of Florida’s voters.
  • strip away our voices on health care, education and property insurance issues.
  • make it impossible for us to fight for affordable health care, quality education, fair property insurance and safe workplaces.
  • give power to special interests and lobbyists while silencing the voices of working families in Florida.

We’ve Made Them Listen: Through ballot initiatives, working families won universal pre-kindergarten and smaller class sizes, a state minimum wage and protections for the Everglades.

VOTE No on Amendement 3.
