ROB SIMMONS HAS FAILED WORKING FAMILIES

Picked Big Drug Companies Over Seniors. Rob Simmons voted for the Medicare prescription drug bill that penalizes our seniors and gives billions to the health care industry, the same industry that has given Simmons nearly $168,000. (H.R. 1, Vote #669, 11/22/2003; www.opensecrets.org)

Limited Patients’ Rights. Rob Simmons sided with HMOs to limit the rights of injured patients and to create special protections for negligent HMOs. (H.R. 2663, 8/2/01)
