Do not submit photographs that:

• Are profane, defamatory, violent, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful or potentially libelous or inflammatory.
• Contain materials, images or other copyrighted materials belonging to a third party or are protected by trademark or trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Contain unauthorized images of identifiable people, invade someone’s privacy, reveal confidential information or otherwise violate third-party proprietary rights without permission.

The AFL-CIO reserves the right to not post submissions and to remove submissions without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the AFL-CIO.

Submissions may be used by the AFL-CIO for any purpose and in any form without permission of the submitter and without any consideration apart from participation in accordance with these guidelines.

*These Guidelines are for explanatory purposes only and all submissions are governed by the Terms of Use, which apply and supersede in all respects.
