Vectors for Hope Fly-In Supports Flights for Health
If you are in Houston this Saturday and have an interest in vintage aircraft or just a desire to help people with serious illnesses get the treatment they need, a group of National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) members in the Houston area have devised a unique event you should check out.
Vectors for Hope—founded by the NATCA members—has organized it first-ever charity fly-in for Saturday, Sept. 28, at David Wayne Hooks Airport. All proceeds will benefit organizations that provide free air transportation to treatment facilities for patients with life-threatening illnesses—Angel Flight South Central, the Houston Ground Angels and Around the World for Life.
