The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel (201 North 17th Street) with rooms available at $109, plus 15.2% tax per night. The rate is available until Dec. 16 or the block gets filled, whichever comes first. (Self-parking is $15 per day.)

All guest rooms must be reserved with a valid credit card. The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation for arrival. The credit card will be charged only in the event a reservation is not canceled within the hotel’s cancellation policy, or in the event of a reservation that fails to arrive (no show). You can cancel your room by 4 p.m. the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fee.

The check should be in the amount of one-night’s room rate and tax (currently 15.2%) for each room reserved. Even though a reservation is reserved by a credit card or check, the individual will be asked for ID and a valid credit card at the time of check-in. If the guest does not have a credit card, the entire room and tax amount plus a daily room deposit of up to $50 will be required at check-in.
