I am not good at this.

I am an officer of a local union in Florida. I would like suggestions on how to deal with a situation that bugs me.

We are always fighting our company and their efforts to bring in outside contractors. A lot of our bosses, planners, supervisors wear shirts provided by the outside contractors. (Some of our members also wear the shirts.) The shirts are nice, pricey, and have the contractors' logo prominently displayed.

I feel this practice is offensive, and somewhat threatening, esp. now as we are about to start contract negotiations.

Anyone have suggestions on how to stop this practice?????
