The hard work of union members created Labor Day, and we think it’s about time union members @Work took full credit. 

We need more Americans to grasp the impact of your skilled labor. Not only because you build everything from our roads, our cars and the places we go, but U@Work are the living infrastructure that makes America happen.

Every photo donates a dollar to the Save the Willow Run Bomber Plant campaign.

For every union member who submits a photo, Union Plus will donate $1—up to $10,000—to the Save the Willow Run Bomber Plant campaign. 

The Willow Run factory in Ypsilanti, Mich., was the largest of its kind when built in 1941 and became part of the “Arsenal of Democracy” during World War II. The factory produced one B-24 Liberator heavy bomber every 55 minutes—9,000 bombers by war’s end.  

Thousands of “Rosie the Riveters” worked at this plant, and it was among the first workplaces to offer equal pay for equal work. It was integrated racially. It was a union shop.
