Boston Public Safety Unions Offer $50,000 Reward for Information on Marathon Bombings
Boston public safety unions and first responders announced a $50,000 reward for the information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the marathon terrorist attack Monday, as well as the establishment of a fund that will aid the victims of the attack.
Edward Kelly, president of the Professional Fire Fighters of Massachusetts (PFFM), said:
[Monday] was a sad day for the city of Boston, our state and our nation....[Monday] we cared for the victims and today we want to take care of them moving forward. To the families of the victims of [Monday's] tragedy, we can never bring your loved ones back or take away the injuries you sustained from this attack. This Fund is one way to hopefully provide comfort in your time of need.
The reward will be administered through the Boston Firefighters Credit Union, working with the Boston Police Homicide Unit. Participating unions include the PFFM, Boston Firefighters Local 718, Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association, Boston Police Superior Officers Federation, Boston Police Patrolmen’s EMS Division and Boston Police Detectives Benevolent Society.

Boston’s First Responders Fund
The fund for the victims of the Boston Marathon Terrorism Attack will benefit victims and families from the marathon attack. The fund will be administered through the Boston Firefighters Credit Union, located at 60 Hallet St., Dorchester, MA 02124.
