OK, Here's Your Average Sheet Metal Worker/Biker with a Kitten in His Vest

I'm not sure what I would do if I came across a badly burned kitten. But 32-year-old biker and sheet metal worker (a member of International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers [SMART] Local 19) Pat Doody knew what to do. While on a cross-country trip, he came across said kitten, rescued the cat and helped nurse it back to health. Now Doody and Party Cat make a pretty awesome team.

“I was at this truck stop getting gas, and this little guy just needed help,” Doody said. “He was pretty badly burned, so I picked him up and tucked him inside my vest. We’re feeding him regularly now, so he’s doing better, even though he’s sort of living on the road until we get home.”
