The New Hampshire Senate Commerce Committee has voted to pass the same version of the so-called right to work bill that failed to pass the legislature last year.

Is it déjà vu? Groundhog Day? A calculated political maneuver? Or an admission of just how tired everyone is of Speaker William O’Brien’s attempts to pass “right to work” for less at any cost?

Last year, despite some twisted political maneuvering and trickery by New Hampshire House Speaker William O’Brien (R), he and other anti-worker lawmakers and their out-of-state backers could not override Gov. John Lynch’s (D) veto of a "right to work for less" bill. With a new legislative session under way, they’re back at it again.

After New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch (D) vetoed a right to work bill yesterday, state House Speaker William O’Brien (R), the bill’s chief proponent, decided to respond with a press conference.  No problem there.
