A new season of the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s (USA's) award-winning hunting and fishing TV show, “Brotherhood Outdoors,” is under way, and the next episode features Plumbers and Pipe Fitters (UA) Local 412 member Dan Reyes on a New Mexico elk hunt. It airs at 11 a.m. EST on Sunday, Feb. 10, on the Sportsman Channel.

You can help “Brotherhood Outdoors,” the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s (USA's) union-dedicated hunting and fishing TV show, take home back-to-back awards as the top hunting and fishing show on the Sportsman Channel and earn a chance to win a trip for two to Las Vegas. Nearly 150 union members, shooting enthusiasts and other guests—including United Union of Roofers and Waterproofers President Kinsey Robinson, Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton and state Attorney General Lori Swanson—teamed up to support conservation at the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s (USA's) second annual Roofers International Twin Cities Sporting Clays Shoot and Get Youth Outdoors Day on Sept. 15 and 16 at Wild Marsh Sporting Clays in Clear Lake. 

On Labor Day, you can duck inside for a little bit of outdoor fun for the second annual "Brotherhood Outdoors" Labor Day marathon on the Sportsman Channel. The eight-episode marathon kicks off at 1 p.m. EDT and runs through 5 p.m. The Labor Day marathon concludes with a new episode that features Rene Thorn, a Huntington Beach, Calif., refrigeration fitter from Plumbers and Pipe Fitters (UA) Local 250.

On tonight’s episode of “Brotherhood Outdoors,” Eddie Roberts, a tile finisher and nearly 30-year member of Bricklayers (BAC) Local 7 in New York, and show host Tom Ackerman head to Wisconsin’s famed Buffalo County, near Madison, on a bow-hunting adventure for a trophy buck in one of the nation’s famed deer hunting locales.

Scott Walsh, a third generation member of Fire Fighters (IAFF Local 1561), from Eastpointe, Mich., grew up hunting small game and deer. But in 2010, when Walsh and his family decided to take a risk and adopt a rescued bird dog, everything changed.

The second season of the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s (USA's) “Brotherhood Outdoors,” a unique hunting and fishing series that showcases the talents and passions of union members, kicks off at 8 p.m. EDT on Thursdays, starting June 28, exclusively on the Sportsman Channel.

In the season premier, Scott Callaghan, an Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 26 member from Annapolis, Md., who served two tours of duty with the Marine Corps in the Middle East, joins host Tom Ackerman in the mountains of south central Montana to fulfill his dream of hunting America’s iconic bull elk east. 

On this week’s episode of “Brotherhood Outdoors,” Dan McNally, Fred Popplewell and Kevin Crum, members of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters (UA) Local 597 in Chicago—and longtime fishing buddies—head out on a Lake Michigan trout and salmon fishing adventure with show host Tom Ackerman.

On this week’s episode of “Brotherhood Outdoors,” Jesse Mondragon, a member of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 564 in Richwood, Texas heads to Montana’s Northern Rockies for a whitetail deer hunt in Paradise Valley, just north of Yellowstone National Park.
